I stayed in for a while after NM left, but got out as I saw that governance was virtually nil. I did, however, buy back when MF's mum and dad-in-law (I think that's the gender situation) subscribed for shares at 2.5c, thinking that things might improve guessing that something good was afoot.

Alas it wasn't so I got out again.

Ordinary shareholders would have 'buckleys' of trying to get someone on the BoD. It's a controlled situation.

The only way to go imo would be to seek the expert advice of a solicitor experienced in ASIC and Corporations Law and hope that the advice is that the BoD has breached the law, and seriously so or regularly, and get ASIC to kick it out, hopefully. The way that it has acted for the past 2 + years is deplorable. It's as if there are no outside shareholder - disdainful, arrogant, ignorant etc etc.
