Richard Chandler has enough confidence to take a 21.28% major holding in this company a year ago (nay sayers might say the forestry thing, sure, but that was not his game, old adage stick to that which you know) But what is his game and what he does know is energy and hes made a lot of money and good at it. He was confident enough to keep buying ewc into the mid 80s thats a fact and thats a minimum 200% upside from current pricing, and the company has moved forward and is making progress from then.
That is confidence imho
