Manjapara, Feeding greed is fine, but if a doctor is already working hard to achieve the targets, and greed will have ensured these are already as high as they can be, how can they work any harder?
This is not like putting on an extra shift at a company, it is all personal exertion, and there is a finite limit to how many hours in the day. Putting on more doctors cost money.
The numbers don't add up. The efficiencies that may have occured by corporatising will have been realised, and a docotor's output is likely to remain steady, despite the incentive. This was about stopping them leaving, not making them harder!
