    Exactly, so how do VGH get more doctor to add growth without big buy-in fees.

    Make the current one work harder? - unlikely.
    Make them more efficient? - also unlikely.
    Charge bigger gaps? - also not likely.

    So where does the increasing value come from, given that virtually the entire revenue is from personal exertion?
