    Doctors have whacked non-doctor partner shareholders where it hurts. Their pay increases to 45% of personal exertion revenue, which results in roughly another $16m of EBIT flowing their way; guess what? That reduces EBIT earnings to around $10m in 2013, which after interest, results in virtually nil profit!

    No wonder they've put it up for sale!
