If we look at the trading history for the past 3 years, majority of the minority holders would have traded in the range of 30 cents to 50 cents.

Thinks a privatization price of above 50 cents would sound reasonable and good especially the airlines already started to turn the corner with most of the restructuring in place.

Minority shareholders like us should be rewarded for our patience as well for the future value of the company if the board decided to privatize her.
