Kevin J RobertsonManaging Director Executive

Mr Robertson entered the mining industry in 1972 and has been actively involved, mostly at a senior level, in various mining operations throughout Tasmania and Western Australia, including positions of Open Pit Supervisor for the Savage River Iron Ore Mining Operation in Tasmania and as Mine Manager for a gold mining operation in Coolgardie, Western Australia. Mr Robertson is a certified quarry manager and has gained considerable experience in the gold mining industry from project development through to production.

John-Pierre ReiflerChairman Non Executive

John-Pierre Reifler is a person of high integrity and morals. He is well versed in the creation, implementation and direction of vision and corporate strategy. He has a practical understanding of directing, implementing and managing vision and strategies. He has achieved his goals to have a successful community delivering value, assisting individuals to transform hope to reality through the establishment managing and directing Sherwood Cliffs and Sherwood Glen, successfully over 36 years. John is considerate, thoughtful, compassionate, caring and dedicated. He brings to FairStar a fresh view, uncluttered with any commercial allegiances, dedicated to strict corporate governance, and an unwavering will to ensure the execution of a vision to safeguard the rights of the shareholders.

David Allan RossiterDirector Non Executive

David brings to FairStar a wealth of engineering experience along with geotechnical and construction knowledge. He has also been involved in his own very successful business and consequently understands the commerciality of operating, managing, strategizing and directing a business enterprise. David brings a calm, mature and clear vision for the way ahead and the capacity to engender the management with resolve to deliver value for FairStar shareholders.

Madhukar BhallaCompany Secretary

Madhukar has extensive management and accounting experience gained in a variety of businesses in Australia and overseas.
His core capabilities cover financial control, budgeting and business planning, marketing, supply and procurement, contract management, insurance and business operation/production generally.
Madhukar is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA); as well as a Member of the Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
