As I said in my post I called the OIP Registry and they said there was no proxy form. It appears they were wrong .. that's impressive!! And you were right Holy.
I called Russell Langusch and he said there is a proxy form and it went out in the mail with the Notice of Meeting ... but I note that it was NOT attached to the Notice of Meeting that was submitted to the ASX .. which is a bit poor!! My holding is in a super fund administered by Perpetual and they are the holders of the shares so I don't get mail directly from the companies I hold.
Russell is emailing me the proxy form. If anyone else has not received the proxy form and needs one just call Orion.
