Possible and probable.
I think it would depend if it turns into a placement type CR then yes...immediate funds, and I am sure they have the aquisition agreement in place already and agreed upon (just needs the signatures).
TMZ has been alluding to an aquisition for some time now...see past comments on wording used.
They can indicate it is for "whatever purpose" though, and I would expect this even if their is a forward completion timetable required.
