I agree, this much PR sniffs of 'ready, set, go' for the share price...
I still find it a bit odd Handlebar Hill has not been given a large announcement that they are back in there, only commentry in the profit guidance announcement..I can only assume there is no contract yet in place and I thinnk insto's may still hesitate to get back in until a firm contract is established..
