I took your advice, Afd, and was very negative on the resolutions particularly re the CEO who has presided over a decline in s/p that sees me very behind (substantial dollars) when in fact it should have prospered. Personally, I think he should go all together just not off the Board. Let's hope the new Chairperson possesses courage as well as foresight, discipline and good business leadership skills.
If I were attending the AGM, which I cannot, I would be moving an amendment to such granting of shares that would see certain people not eligible until they regained the ground that they lost. For example, when the s/p price returns to 45 cents, then such remuneration can be considered---at the appropriate price, of course. FYI, the last (fifth) time that I averaged down was at 26 cents. That will tell you something! Cheers.
