Just voted AGAINST, for the approval of de-listing FMS.
I will continue to vote NO on anything that I believe is a negative towards my company.
Great to see that the media is covering this situation. Now it's time to see some positive changes from the ones who are in the position to do so.
ASIC and the ASX by now should have realized that there are thousands of unhappy FMS Minority Shareholders out there. How confident would these people be to continue investing in companies? Especially if cases like this one continue to arise.
Well for me personally, I will need plenty of convincing to invest in other companies in the future. I would like to know that if something goes wrong than there will be some sort of a protection plan put in place.
