When one steps into the world of being a major party to an ASX listed company a lot of their business privacy is gone and in this day and age of 24/7 news and social media their personal privacy gets tested as well. Worse still if they do something wrong or fail a moral compass test in the eyes of many others then the gloves tend to come off. As has happened here.

@amelbz merely reported by way of a post what was already in the public arena, I saw the article also and didn't bother reposting in here as most of the material is known by those that do their media research as well as their business.

Personally I think AYB is in awful trouble for a multitude of reasons but one of the key things is to know and understand the directors of small-caps before you sink funds into them - this one is a good case in point.
