One could possibly assume The Weekly may have spoken with the farmers in question seeking comment and their OK to print their details in the story ? Perhaps, the farmers themselves are becoming a little frustrated with continued delays ? Why don't you put in a call to the Journalist personally who has been covering all of this at the Weekly and get his thoughts on it - he will be more than happy to discuss with you.....I would say.
