Will Patersons underwrite the RI?
Is is it time for EDE to find out if Patersons will underwrite and disclose it before the RI closes?
Is it time for EDE to disclose that the Solomon’s and TAS will subscribe for their “presently intended” entitlements?
TAS are trading 10% below their cr price. Closes next Tuesday.
Is administration in the near term something we should be contemplating if funding falls short? Or is that best left in the closet?
