Given that TAS is only presently intending to take up 50% of its entitlement, the Solomon’s are only presently intending to take up their entitlements, Patersons are no longer obligated to underwrite the RI and the current share price mustn’t be encouraging retail uptake in the RI, it must come to mind that there is no guarantee that EDE will be able to continue its business for much longer if the RI doesn’t attract funds. The RI Prospectus has detailed such a risk.
