My prediction for Next week.
Two possibilities;
Take over offer from STO. Possible initial offer of 11 to 12 sxy shares for 1 sto share. Implied value around 52 - 56cents. This would be ridiculous in any stretch of the imagination. As I have been saying for sometime this stock has been manipulated by a controlling stake. In my view the sxy share price simply reflect the oil price movement there is no implied value for the reserves and future cash flows etc. Not to mention lack of disclosure in recent times is just doing no favours for all investors alike.
The other possibility (hopefully is the one) substantial increase in reserves, increase in flow rates and completion of financing deal for infrastructure etc.
Just letting off my frustration and thinking out loud. Either way lets hope for a break over the 50c next week.
