Agree, the qrtrly is unlikely to move the shareprice much and it could go up or down anyway. It is not like the quarterly is an unexpected or material announcement.

What is unusual is the most recent few quarterlies have all been on the 26th like clockwork and this one is still unscheduled. Makes me think they are trying to squeeze something in before hand (could be good or bad) or are working on something bigger that is taking their time and energy (most likely something like the Financing or possibly even M&A).
