SOME parts of the market are expecting a decision, some parts may be expecting it to rain money on Mondays. Other parts of the market may have other views.

Phase 1 (This is potentially not going to hapoen and we skip to phase 2)

1/ There are indeed more supplementary questions seeking clarification of the answers to the first questions. (that will create another cycle of yet another delay, eating into capital/cash and ...)

2/ There are no more questions

1/ There has been a CE mark granted. (AKA lets party...)

I have no idea how they might do that (reject), I have no indication they might
I also had no indication they could question the classification, but they did (or design a camel... with two humps)(Committees of experts are clever like that)

However the stock is at one price now and will be at different price after CE mark grant (if thats what happens)
and the rational basis for that price difference is the possibility of the EMA not granting the CE mark.

How much of the price difference is rational or emotional I dont know, but as there have been considerable delays already I can imagine some investors just being gun shy.

So yes this part of the market knows some news is coming, probably sooner than Christmas.
this part of the market expects good news, and a better than even chance it would be in Oct

In sept the committee is told there will be no more questions, so they have until oct to make final decisions.
They may well not have made their final decision, on the off chance there are no more questions. AKA why bother reading the doco on something that may not yet be final. My big hold out that it might happen in Sept is that historically some decisions happen in less than max time so perhaps there is process by which that happens.
