Hi in my opinion I don't think we will be sure short in the short / medium period because it is true that many of us are full and we do not have more money to invest , but it is also true that there should be many investor ready to enter in this investment only waiting for the CE .
And do not forget that nobody of us has a glass ball to see the future but I think , And I say I THINK (only my opinion) that with this price entry level there is still a very good margin to make money.
