    Answer to your first question - They have only started publishing minutes this year but if I understand the previous positive opinions correctly the answer is no. they always seem to observe their own timelines quite strictly.

    Second question - Yes. At the coming meeting they will either ask more questions or they will give a positive opinion. In the past, most devices have had a second round of questions. I don't believe they will be able to simply say no at the coming meeting.

    Third Question - No. This has not happened in the past and does not seem to be allowed for in their current procedures.

    Of the previous published opinions this is the break down of time taken to reach the opinion (all positive)
    174 days, 176, 180 x2, 195, 204, 210 x 4. The unusual time frames seem to be from before 2011 when I presume they tightened their procedures.

    No previous processes have gone for 210 days unless there has been a list of outstanding issues to answer.
