When I was the SAT, the justice guy asked why does Buru/BOPL shoddiness, if it exists as described above by Iona, imply that OBL gets 100% of the block and the block isn't for-fitted by all parties. The OBL lawyer quickly responded that this would financially penalize OBL who have complied with all terms and conditions. The DMP had a representitive at the hearing, the justice asked him what the ministers view was and I THINK he said something along the lines of maintaining the integrity of the PGER act etc, but I didn't pay much attention because he looked like a graduate fresh out of uni, my bad.
By the way, I recall someone typing all this down like a clerk in the court, it was definitely recorded (mics everywhere) surely you guys could request a transcript or something?
How does everyone think the REY deal, and BRU walking away will impact this decision, given that its all over?
