Every update they seem to push out the expansion plans which is consistent with the view that the 180kt limit is not a feasible to assume will happen or in the initial aggressive timelines posited. Updates has 120kt running by 2021 now (installed by end of 2020) and the 180kt target is now a "play by ear basis" to 2025 with the expectation they'd only get saleable quantities of 150kt or utilisation of low 80% range.
