If only TAS did have 29million shares. True count is 396mill with the possibility of it being 450mill with all options converted.
If the value is $1.2mill using N’s figure that makes an extra $0.003 or $0.0026 fully diluted to the share price. (EDE) value at 0.150 would give 0.217+0.003=0.22. So we are still 50% undervalued using asset backed calculations.
