The way it looks is that the market has a negative value of 10c a share based on :
1. The loss of value of EDE profits before they get down the line to TAS shareholders.
2. The probability that dividends, if any, paid by EDE would not necessarily flow through to TAS shareholders.
3. The market appears to price the value of "other assets" as a liability and not an asset.
I do believe that the value of TAS is on the low side when compared to EDE. It appears that when I want to sell the SP is too low but if I was buying it gets to the other end of value. I am therefore looking at another pair of stocks to do relative value trades and will leave this pair for others to trade if they so wish.
