At this rate there should be 25 ships out by 28 Feb. (remember Feb short month so lose 1 ship).

The quarterly rate has been:
Sept 2016 1 ship every 3.03 days
Dec 2016 1 ship every 2.39 days (great improvement)
So far this Mar 2016 1 ship every 2.36 days.

I had projected at end of December 2016 that full year figures might be like this:
Sept 2016 - 30 ships
Dec 2016 - 38 ships
Mar 2017 - 42 ships and
Jun 2017 - 42 ships.
For a total of 152 ships for 9.12m tonnes.

But unsure whether this will happen. If we are lucky maybe 150 ships for 9m tonnes.

That is why I raised the apparent slow down in ships in line at Geraldton.
