At present they are filling a ship every 2.36 days (For this quarter), but the best turnaround of ship is 24.5 hours.

So they are able to move and load material at about 1 ship a day which equates to 21m tonnes per annum.

But this is very optimistic.

16m tonnes is doable, but they have to upgrade the plant.

If spending a $1b on upgrade of plant, then rough calculations of all up cost per tonne would be $76 per tonne (excluding depreciation and amortisation).

But price would have to stay at current level for long term.

But it would be a very big call to spend $1b!
