From what I recall, the plant was designed for 10MT nameplate (i.e. the plan was to produce annually 8MT of Mag and 2MT of Hematite). Karara seems like they have decided to dispense with producing Hem...and rightly so. Because the real money going forward is in high grade Magnetite.

I do recall that the plant was designed with 16 MT production capability, but there needs to be major infrastructure improvements to the rail and port facilities to accommodate the additional capacity. That was going to be Phase 2. If and when that ever happens is anyone's guess.
