    During the build of the plant didn't they construct the plant to cater for the increased load of 16 tonnes pa.

    I'm pretty sure they borrowed money and delayed Go Live on the basis of being able to increase production to 16m tonnes pa and this has already been built into the plant.

    Can someone confirm this?
