Got to say well done to the Takeovers Panel. They are usually accused of being toothless tigers but they got this one right.
Just goes to show how unjust this whole episode was.
And make sure everyone keeps those sods at KTM Capital in mind. Never to be trusted again!!!!!
If i get the opportunity, i'll be buying any new shares offered.
