MARKET RELEASE 4 June 2018 Resignation of Director Cloncurry copper miner CuDeco Limited (ASX:CDU) announced today that Mr. Paul Keran, a NonExecutive Director has resigned for personal reasons, effective today. A Director since 2007, Mr. Keran has served as a member of the Company’s audit committee and the human resources, remuneration and nominations committee. CuDeco’s Chairman, Peter Hutchison said: “Paul has made a significant contribution to the Company, having overseen CuDeco’s progression from an emerging explorer, through critical design stages of the Rocklands project, to the official opening of operations at our flagship Rocklands Copper Mine in late 2016. “His experience including more than 30 years in the resource sector will be missed. On behalf of the Board, I wish him all the best for his future endeavors.”
