New York has declared a state of emergency because of a measles outbreak. 150 cases out of 8.623 million people. That is roughly off the top of my head something like 0.002% of the population. Since when is Measles a dangerous disease?? I mean bad teeth, Gum trees, bad drivers, and a whole lot more causes of death are more dangerous.
