It appears that Muslim hatred for the West (Christians aka unbelievers) is endemic.

White extremists are grossly outnumbered. It was ever thus.
Islamic faith has not matured as has Christianity over centuries. The Islamic faith is hell bent on conversion of non believers by force. Christianity is not.
