Hi BLUTO; I will try and answer your question on PEN downward trend. Firstly global turmoil has knocked the sp down from 27 c to 17c within the last couple of months. The company news flow very positive to date, transfer of chemistry to low ph on track with the required permits, Wyoming a can do state, regulatory process just a formality, afterall this is Trumps America. Personally I think 232 petition will be the catalyst to move the sp upwards, indicators are tariffs, quotas or company tax incentives maybe a combination. A lot of people are under the opinion that US uranium miners could rally next couple of months due to government proposals being released into the public domain. As with all uranium mining sentiment been at historical lows since Fukushima. I personally think Peninsula ticks all the boxes for an investment, but until wholesome production under way mid next year were not going to know the full upside of the sp, my reckoning over $1.00 at least if Trump puts US miners first!
