However....we cant argue with the fact that IIF is a REIT...all REIT went down 90% besides stocklands and westfeilds Frank Lawry.

There will be ones that climb back up from here a few hundred %.

I'll put my credibility on the line and say we will be at minimum 30 cents by Fri 17th April.

Why? You ca discredit the paying down of debt.

Its not in IIF's best interest to get their debt to zero and they wont as debt can work in ones favour...........but IIF has already made a massive dent in their debt.

They wont just survive....they'll recover mosterfully and I am pegging 60 cents minimum in 2 weeks from now.
