Yeah seen you posting on this Wilson. I reckon its good for 40 cents plus in the short term also.
The DOW dropped last night and might do it again but I believe re-ratings happen regardless of the DOW / US problems.
IIF is one of the only REIT's getting their debt levels down and they arn't doing it slowly.
Watch IIF get over 30cents with ease. Some profit taking will occur after 25 probably but I'm thinking we will be at 40-60 with 2 weeks. Just my opinion.
