I dont think we could have received better news.
The time really is now as the thread suggest.
I reckon we are are headed for a major re-rating. Divesting assets, paying down debt....many more asset sales to come.....IIF hbas been held down for a long time but is one of the REIT's that got smashed who is taking control.
I'm saying a close above 20 today...25+ tomorrow imo.
