Could this be a management take out within 12 months at well below fair value for the clique to sell off a few years later to private equity or big Pharma and pocket the huge gains that should have been shares with us minows had we not been hoodwinked by the incumbents?

More and more share issues to them, and the building votes for them to strike one day, under the guise of MD bonus and/or incentive and/or golden handcuffs and directors fees....watch for the next round.

This potentially under our radar but regrettably supported by the acquisient loyalist, blind faith disciples cohort here calling on any dissent againt the Board, MD or even underperformanc, let alone sp decimation, to be silenced.

Let’s hope for the benefit of the few rationalists, who dare to question their wealth destruction, that the column of disciples, if on a march led up the garden path, having heard the caution time after time, yet seem blinkered, do not get their just desserts.
