There was an article some months back that indicated the banks would force the higher geared REIT's like IIF into discounted mergers at the point of a gun so that the banks could have their exposures consolidated.
It might explain why there is no news on the covenants.
A few bankers have the IIF management tied to chairs in a dark room somewhere with a single bullet in a 38.... Do ya feel lucky... Punks?
