I may as well re-post my comments on this (more appropriate) thread Noellyn ... and I echo your sentiments about Michael Anderson who I believe is a natural born Company leader (whether he likes it or not). Unfortunately tho, having exchanged words with him yesterday, I believe atm he is very happy in his new role atm.

Nice knowing everyone over the past ~5 years on the Exco threads & I've enjoyed the conversations very much.
