Additionally SYR has signed a Sales agreement with Chinese company BTR New Energy Materials . Announcement Here
In this Post I pointed out the connection between BYD and BTR and that company's connections with Samsung and LG in Korea.
Subsequent to that post Syr signed a direct  sales agreement with BTR
So Syr management have been getting the right contracts in place with companies (incl in China) that had previously relied solely on china for supply
Now that commercial production has been announced from 1/1/19 the next quarterly will give a better picture of how those contracts are panning out
