Mogga they are still debating it, fact is, it became a very convenient event to help Hitler and his Nazi Party into power. In 2013 a new book was written which theorises that the Nazis knew about it, orchestrated it, etc. to stop the Reichstag from sitting and get themselves into the driving seat.

These days, with an American President who changes policy direction and his opinions almost daily and being very loose with the truth and other politicians 'learning' the same art because it seems to bring success (they have always lied, of course, I am not that naive) - it is becoming more difficult for the ordinary person to know the 'truth' thus many give up and also give up their democratic right to be a genuine participant in the political process.

I don't wager that we will ever find out who these youths were, but the temptation to boast on Twitter, Facebook etc. will be too much for some and in due course we will find out. I feel there should be severe punishment for destroying hard-won property and we should stop treating these youngsters as 'kids' - give them some punishment which hurts - maybe a lot more public exposure.
