TDO got a market cap of $11 m.
Any decent size O&G companies will buy out the whole company with their petty cash tin stored above the fridge in the staff meal room.
My take is Noel is playing hard ball and hold out to get favorable deal - is not going to happen with an uproven gas field, beggar can't be choosy, in TDO case, any deal is a good deal to get thing moving.
