Now let me be specific here....TAH has not down graded any of its metrics..there is NO market report saying :::hey boys we have cocked up..ergo sum quad, fair value is safe.

Now lets factor in a win in court and its a no brainier that $600 million will boast TAH balance sheet..and if they lose in Court well that aint going to shake fair value, much from $3.75.

Its a moot point if some DH analyst advises taking a profit, compared to the potential of a decent a BIG punt...selling out now, albeit at aprofit..is crazy.
