J 8,I never said they were trying to rip anyone off.See how your speculating about the 1 for 4 issue is exactly my point.The market is a lot more wary still,and if they're not sure of the numbers it may hold them back.I agree about the number of shares at x cents being the same as less shares at x + cents.There's no difference,but people seem to be a bit more wary these days,and when people know there's a cr coming they'd rather wait.I guess everybody views things differently.
