    Good question Phil0210.
Many shares develop value but overlooked by many by prejudices or misunderstood. We know that PIO has many prospects and now making money thru caesium material sales to Cabot, is now a miner and has gold joint ventures coming up which would normally make a junior share like this a stage above this with some turnaround taking place up to a reasonable price level. At the moment this is not happening and I've tried to touch on this in my last post before this one.

I can't make a share price go up by myself in this case. What I can do is bring out the positives to support the company's new position and try and help colleagues (and myself of course) who are wanting for a needed increase – some who have been waiting many many years for a turn for the better..

In value investing we are told that many seek shares that are under valued and are often prepared to wait for the worm to turn in a change of sentiment. With PIO as far as I can see there is a lot pent up feelings from over the years and a hardened few can't let go of these feelings in spite of some good luck coming the company's way. way. Many new traders can see the possibility that may very well happen soon with improving assets. This change will happen when a surprise occurs that is unexpected I believe as an opinion.

We have low volumes on many shares now and as we are told this is because many buyers and sellers are trying to guess which way the price will move. Some lose patience and become liquid or a small fringe move in an out very quickly. As they monitor the market one stock is as good as another in this market. We have to believe we may become a better proposition soon.

There are a small number of traders who monitor the market with an amount of technicals and insight and it is often these pro-traders that can set prices and then others follow their leads. As said before when another secondary change or event occurs that affects preconceived ideas previously held and transcends staleness. It is often the case that the active traders get there first and set the trend. Then the crowd piles on.

That's all I can see from what I have read and seen. I am positive but an added occurrence has to occur to change the trend to make all and sundry in a much better position. When? That is the question – we are half set.

    Good luck.
