NSP is in the best position it has been in for years - this is without doubt.
The progress that the NSP board has made since it was unnecessarily put up against the ropes is significant.
I didn't see a lot of people buying shares at under 4 cents but l did see AG do it, and l did see JM and AG put in a lot of coin on fair commercial terms.
The governance is aligned with ASX listing requirements - otherwise there would be issues. The arguments for poor governance lack substance and credibility. The ASIC threats have been responded to and amount to nothing, zip and zero.
