The 'facts' you mention are allegations by a disgruntled auditor - l liken it to a relationship split. Upon exiting the loser takes a few pot shots across the bow and then eventually moves on and sulks in a corner.
The announcement today is another critical milestone. Posters may not even realise who has invested in the company. But then again - that will receive another unfounded and unjustified attack as well.
