For my part:-

1. I believe in the IP

2. I am trying to get management to acknowledge previous poor decision making that has had a detrimental effect to the confidence in the business generally and also benn detrimental to our finances.

3. I believe that previous issues should NOT be swept under the carpet.

4. The directors are further undermining the company by converting loans and taking salaries, ursury, and I have yet to confirm but also an up front fee for providing the loan.

5. Bonuses paid 2 years in a row when the company is making a loss.

There are many other issues but the shenanigans of the announcements over the past couple of days is disgraceful as all they are doing is trying to get a stranglehold on the company - now that they have bled us dry so they can make huge profits on the IP applications as they are developed.

Why the heck should we lay down after being done over by the directors actions. They will not explain their actions and that makes me more determined that they should fess up.

If people are doing their own due diligence on the company they should be concerned by past actions.

As I said at the beginning I believe in the IP and current plan but that does not mean that they should be allowed to sweep the prior issues under the carpet and pretend it never happened.

Hopefully I will get something out of ASIC in due course.

If all is good and there are no issues I will apologise BUT no one seems to want to make any comment from the company or ASIC.

Until there are some sensible answers I will continue to make as many people aware of the issues that are on the table.
