I am not discrediting what you call "my facts". Facts are facts and are universally true.

Did you read the announcement made in December 2011 as posted in my previous post? It is available on the NuSep website.

If you did read it, then you would realise that I didn't discredit your post, but rather, the company themselves admitted that they broke the law (section 259A of the Corporations Act). This announcement is not an allegation, but admitting guilt in the matter. By commencing your post with "Fact:" doesn't actually make it a fact. In this instance you were wrong. A bigger man would accept it and take this into account when making a judgement on this company.

Interestingly, at the 2011 AGM, less than 2 weeks before, no mention was made of this illegal behaviour. Why not?

And, as I stated, it is a fact that there are allegations of ILLEGAL ACTIVITY made by the auditor. You have not shown any basis on which to call these unfounded, nor has the company answered these charges.

I also find it interesting that you believe posts on HC have so much effect that they can "undermine" the company. I'd love to know how you believe this to be true. In my opinion what is posted here has little impact on what goes on at Lane Cove. If it did, perhaps we'd have had some answers.

I am not quite sure why you have become so incensed by my posts? If it is challenging you to think, then that's what I want. If it's just annoying you and not oppening you mind, then I have not achieved what I want. I want for all shareholders to be demanding answers to all of the questions.

For the record, I don't want to drive the shareprice down, but rather, I want to see it up and I believe that the only way to get this outcome is for openness and honest dealings at the company. I retain a "sell" sentiment as I don't believe things will change.
